I went on a short hiatus. I didn't totally crash my diet and still lost a teeny weeny pound. However, I'm past the week of uncontrollable cravings and have found new resolve. I busted through the 25 pound loss bench mark. It took almost two weeks to do it though. I'm ready to melt away the last 25 pounds!

My schedule is going to get a little crazier. Baseball and T-ball season has started so my work-out nights are going to be disrupted by practices. I will be walking around the feild during practice though, and getting some exercise myself instead of just sitting in my comfy lawn chair and watching my kids exercise.

Lookingin the mirror I'm seeing hip bones and places of my body that I haven't seen in a while due to.... excessive curves.

I really need to buy a new scale. My scale is tiny and I have a hard time balancing on it. LOL. I'm not sure it is accurate either. I try to weigh three times in a row so I can get a confirmation. The scale isn't way off from what my doctor's use (and are those really accurate either?) but I still think I could find one of better quality.

My 7 year old son is now reading nutrition lables!! My 5 year old daughter is exercising at home for fun! I might turn out to be a good example afterall!
