I've been happy with my Atkins diet so far, having lost 11 pounds in three weeks. I' m still on 20 g carbs, but may start adding nuts to my daily intake starting next week. I'll keep carb grams at 20 and foundation veggies 12 - 15. I will stay in induction until I've lost 25 pounds (halfway to goal) and then start OWL! Increasing my carb intake by 5 g per week. I hope to be a couple weeks in OWL before our WDW vacation. :)

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 March 2011:
1057 kcal Fat: 58.39g | Prot: 94.81g | Carb: 29.36g.   Breakfast: brown and serve beef sausage, mushroom, egg, shredded mozzarella cheese, extra virgin olive oil, Super Omega-3. Lunch: spring greens, romano basil vinaigrette wish bone, black olives, tomato, sardines. Dinner: spring vegetables, grilled boneless chicken breast. Snacks/Other: cream cheese, celery, sugar free strawberry jello. more...
