cobby's Journal, 22 March 2011

So, I haven't read the new atkins book, but I have the 2002 version. Based on what I have read on the Atkins site and information I've found on the internet and a "preview" version of the new book, I'm torn between which version might work better. Old says to have a proper induction, do not have more than 20 total carbs, says not much of anything about "you must" at veggies, at least not that I've read, unless I missed it. New says to eat at least 12 - 15 carbs of them. Now, obviously the old version worked, the older version worked, and the new version works. But I wonder which one works better? Or which one I should follow more closely? Maybe if I eat less total carbs, my body can burn those quicker and then get right on to the fat? Decisions, decisions.
