Was very excited to see 180 on the scale this am however that was shortly outlived by the fact that a dress I fit into a cpl weeks ago didn't fit :( Don't know how that happens - lose a few lbs and something that fit when larger suddenly doesn't fit.. sucks.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 August 2014:
