so i weighed in on Friday and finally the scale is moving:):) i lost 3/4 pounds:) been taking slimquick, dieting, drinking 3 litres of water and most importantly this stuff made me exercise 5 times in the week as opposed to the usual 2 or 3 i normally do. i did walking on the hill along wtih alot of abs and gillad.there were also days where i ate probly 2 meals. i think as long as i keep calorie intake around 1200 and exercise ill lose. at this rate i plan to keep going and aim to lose at least 4 pounds each week. elated the scale is moving finally. on ripped fuel for months i worked out n dieted n only lost inches n the scale did not budge. Praying this continues:)

cheated on the weekend with my diet but back on the wagon tomorrow:)also drinking green tea n going to try eating more salads.
