I seem to be getting off track more and more with my caloric intake. I find myself snacking a little too much. I am still working out plenty and I weigh in tomorrow... I'm curious if I actually lost a pound this week. My bf and I love food and like to go out and socialize so dieting is so hard. I will try and be better today at regulating my calories.
