Take away for lunch... KFC. Not a healthy choice! Need to be more careful and ensure the foods I choose are worth the calories.

the twister would have been fine its the chips that is the worry!

The twister was 540 calories and the chips only 236, ummm... not the best choice! And then I NEEDED chocolate, so put that on top makes my worst day since I started. We would usually choose Subway, but Nick was paying and we were running out of time, so cost more in every way! Oh well, tomorrow is a new day.
