i went to tahoe for one week. my scale is broken. i raced 100k on my mountain bike on july 19th. i am pretty sure i lost some pounds after riding 8 hours. i came in 2nd to last but i finished even though i wanted to quit a few times. i haven't weighted myself but overall feel good. i did drink alcohol but still limiting my intake. been ok with gluten free (some here & there). haven't eaten as much dark chocolate. today i passed on buying some chips. back to eating clean.
