Haven't weighed myself in a couple of days. Giving myself a break. I obsess over the scale. If it was up to me, I'd probably spend the whole day on the scale waiting for it to go down!

I did notice that my jeans feel looser, so that's good. I've been trying on close that I need to lose another 5-15 lbs to fit. Figured that that will give me motivation to stick it out. I'm tired but I worked a long day yesterday, today and tomorrow and thursday. Will get about 40hrs of work in the 4 days. Don't know if I'll have enough energy to do exercise tonight. Its been raining all day so only exercise on my gazelle that was given to me. Gotta syke myself up to do it!

Haha--you just described my afternoon. I think I've stepped on the scale three times--after every time I've peed. Keep hoping for it to magically drop a pound but instead I've gone up! Was trying to stick to two weigh ins a week but my jeans felt looser too so I was convinced something major had happened. No such luck. Not today, anyway.

lol I do the same thing I weigh myself over 10 times a day it's sad..but i want to see some change..I'm going to do weigh ins every saturday now if I can hold off that long lol..but congratulations losing pounds and inches yay!
