So disappointed to see that 160 again on the scale though I knew I wasn't as good yesterday as I should have been. Not terrible, but not really good. Will do much better today. Keep trying to get to breakfast, but work keeps getting in the way. Busy, busy but I'm also hungry, hungry. The oatmeal is out and I'm heading to the kitchen now.
