I would never have eaten that 1/2 cup of blueberries had I known it was over 7 grams of sugar. Even though my calories after lunch is less than 600 for the day, I am max'd out on my sugar.

Don't be so hard on yourself. The amount of nutrients, vitamins and fiber in that 1/2 cup of blueberries is well worth a little more "sugar".
