Yesterday
The only exercise I got in was my morning Yoga and quick work out. I am kind of disappointed in myself lately with getting in good solid workouts.

Sleep
Bed last night: 3:00am. I was up cleaning until then because my Dad surprised me with a visit and I didn't want him to see my house a mess, and I spent the rest of the day before work grocery shopping.
Wake: 9:30am
Sleep Quality: Poor. Woke up a few times in the morning and then had to get up early.
Feeling upon awakening: Quite tired.


Today
Today was a hard day. It took me a lot to get out of bed due to lack of sleep. I got up, did 24 minutes of Yoga and my Biggest Loser Challenge, so about 30 minutes of work out in total. Once my Dad got here we also walk into town twice today and walked 3.6 miles at a moderate pace. Not sure I'll be able to get much more in tomorrow. I have to complete another 30min bike ride for this week and all my sit up challenge tomorrow, Sat, and Sunday.

Feeling like crap now. Super exhausted and heading to bed in a few minutes. Hoping to get up early tomorrow (7am) to get in my workouts. Goodnight!
