Having my ups and downs, but I keep trudging along. As long as some weight, even a fraction of a pound, is lost, I'm doing good. I let myself get hungry today and ate a whole bag of soybeans. I mean, at least it wasn't chocolate, but I have to stress moderation!
256.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 96.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I did that yesterday, and over ate after dinner. It sucks! Today, I paced myself through the day and did much better. I now I need to work on this. Make sure you make time *for you*! I'm glad you're looking at this positively, too. You're doing great
