Sundance didn't cheat's Journal, 11 March 2011

Have kept up the daily gym visits, sticking to the cross trainer and the bike. Along with cycling to the station, I'm getting plenty of cardio in spite of sitting at my desk for the rest of the day. Also do a few sets with free weights when I get home in the evenings. I can feel my body starting to change shape, and was delighted to start wearing an old (smaller) pair of trousers.

Need to watch those big meals in the evenings. My wife made a fantastic spagetti carbonara last night, but I regretted it as soon as I got on the scales this morning.
309.5 lb Lost so far: 42.5 lb.    Still to go: 89.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
