I saw a picture of myself from September 2011 today and I thought wow I looked great!! I looked so happy and slim .... I checked back through my weight history and I was 152lb (10 stone 12lb) ... Soon as I'm almost at my first goal of 2 stone weight loss that is my new target! I've printed the picture and stuck it on my wall as inspiration that I can be that beautiful again ... It's been a long time since I've seen a picture I like of myself! ... I hope others will seek comfort in this post xx
