Didn't lose any weight. A little frustrated after working this hard all week, and nothing to show for it. I worked out more and harder than I ever have in my life. I'm drinking my water and eating perfectly so I don't get it. But I'm not giving up!!! I will win this battle. Just hope next week I actually show a loss because its going to be really hard to continue if I don't see any results at all in 2 weeks. Hope everyone has a great Wednesday!!

I completely understand this feeling. Just keep at it and you will see results. Have you been taking your measurements? Even if you don't see a lost on the scale, you may be building muscle which is heavier than fat. Keep on pushing.

Maybe you should cut your calories back to under 1200 and see if that helps. Change your routine up a bit with your exercise and force yourself out of the plateau you are in.

I am in the same boat. It has been weeks since I have really lost and I am so frustrated. I have gone to my doctor to get a thyroid work up myself because I am not losing. I understand the frustration very well! While eating right has its rewards the movement on the scale would be nice! Hang in there and know you are not alone!

Don't be discouraged! Two things - if your really exercising more than ever, then I'm sure you've put on muscle, which we all know weights more than fat. The second thing - I can do the same routine two weeks in a row - week one I will not lose any weight, week two, I lose about 4lbs. I don't know why it happens, but its the reason I only weight myself every OTHER week!!!! Just keep it up, and I'm sure next week you will post a good loss!!!

It is very frustrating and I have felt at times "am I kidding myself?" But it didn't take long and I started showing a loss which makes it all worth it. You will get there, just keep it up. Just give it some time and your body will catch up. God Bless

Are you measuring yourself? Do your clothes feel more loose? When you exercise a lot, sometimes we see fat loss and not movement on the scale. You can stay the same weight but go down in sizes. Focus on how well you are doing to get your through until the scale moves. You are eating healthy and exercising. In the long run, look at what your have accomplished for your health. The scale will move again, but you also have to look at the changes in your body. You will be fine, just keep going.

Keep up the hard work, IT will in time pay off even if you don't see results on the scale. I also recommend measuring yourself, or feeling your loss through your clothes: that is more important then the scale.

You keep doing what you are doing and you WILL show a loss next week. Your body is adjusting to what you lost prior to staying the same. Hang in there.

Agree with most of the above! Just keep doing the right things and success will be yours. Look at the big picture and not just one week's news since so many things can cause fluctuations.
