I am strong because of Him. Yesterday I let life get in the way of my workout. I still ate well and I was able to get in my 130 sit ups, but I didn't have time to get in my cardio. So this morning I was quite upset. I felt that I was starting to slip. I did NOT want to start on that slippery slope. But after a desperate prayer, I was able to not only get in my leg exercises that were scheduled for today, but I was also able to get in my cardio that I couldn't get in yesterday. Typically that wouldn't be such a big deal, but the leg workout is quite intense so my legs were already shaking. And I am excited about this afternoon. A neighbor and I are taking our kids to a park nearby that was a bike trail and a playground. So her and I get to walk the mile track while our kids ride their bikes and then play outside for a bit. It's a win win for everyone.

Today I am thankful for the love of God. To know that he believes in me even when I think I've gone as far as I can. What a wonderful encouragement...knowing that he has great plans for us, plans that we would sit back and say "you want me to do what? me? who am I to be able to do such things". While some may say how can you believe in such things...how can we even fathom the amount of faith and love he has for us. Thank you Lord, we praise you!
