The weekends are definitely more difficult than the work week. At work, it is easy for me to eat very little, but on the weekend, when there's constantly something fun to do, I drink more calories than I eat! I had no idea that wine and beer have the same amount of calories.

i know what you mean. with the workdays, i have so much more control, probably because i have a schedule and can't spend most the time eating. and then when weekend comes, i find it so hard to resist eating!
