Today is my day to get back on track after a whirlwind weekend which started Thursday night. It's been a feeding frenzy over the holiday weekend! Not to mention all the alcohol and partying. It was fun while it lasted, and now it's time to focus on my goal rather than satisfying a craving or giving in to the moment.
