I'm sucking right now. Yes I have been exercising, but I'm seriously slacking on my eating habits. I am waking up starving and eating or well should I say snacking all day...Damn. I have got to get with the program. I can't keep fighting this losing battle...Lord help me PLEASE!!

Kimmy, first you have to help yourself and the way to do that is learn about good nutrition and make a plan.

You may want to add some fresh fruits and vegetables into your diet if you really want to make some good changes and see some positive results. Your body needs whole foods, not simple carbs. You will feel less hungry.
