Tough week. Tough COUPLE of weeks. I'm feeling bad about my job these days - really bad - and when I feel bad about anything I throw all of my healthy ideals out the door. A shame to be gaining weight back though. Makes me so sad. :-(
146.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
