Ok- just can't seem to hold onto my losses. Lots of late nights and then late mornings, and I am way off kilter! Just have to start over.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.0 lb a week

Cheer up, this is just one of the many bumps in the road you will encounter on your way to creating a healthier you. Just continue to stay focused on your goal.
