so last night was my last big splurge... its a new month and a new monthly average. was close to 1300 last month and i gained 2 pounds in the month.. which is still very healthy and my BMI is normal. so i will aim for 1100-1200 for july to either maintain or lose just a pound or two.. nice to see what my limit was and that only had a very little impact ... that's the worst ive done so far and i think i handled it well (i know the exercise helped to keep there). GOOD LUCK IN JULY EVERYONE!

Ah, if only I was 116/118lbs. I wouldn't worry about it and just go on maintenance. Why drive yourself crazy for a lbs or two, it won't show and you won't be healthier for it. Just enjoy a healthy lifestyle. You've only got one life to enjoy. As they say, it's not a dress rehearsal.

yes I know! I wasn't always this weight though ya know.. I had my three babies and for my height it was a lot of work to get here! im just very afraid to lose it an go back!

I get a lot of grief for turning down the "good stuff" and I have finally learned to tune them out. it is very nice to know if I splurge I have the skill to get back. I never knew I could splurge and recover... definitely some power now.
