Been sliding off-track a bit over the last few weeks, partly because my laptop blew up and I've only been able to access FS at home through my phone. Excuses, excuses, I know. Lots of gaps in my food & exercise calendar. Been managing to keep up my activity levels ((and even started once a week with a terrific new personal trainer) but also indulging too regularly in chocolate, late night bowls of cereal, jelly beans, etc. Can literally FEEL the good work starting to unravel. Yesterday, finally sorted out a temporary but reasonable solution to the laptop problem and tomorrow's the first of July, so using it as a motivator to get back on track. With my next birthday looming, I'd like to welcome it in the best shape I can!
