ugh .. my highest calorie count was yesterday :( ... higher than at my sons birthday party. but this morning I was still at my average weight for the week so I guess its balancing. It didn't really affect my monthly average either and I did a lot of work all weekend on my feet. kind of surprising that getting my housework done and setting up chairs and tables etc is more than my very difficult walk with the double stroller.. not sure I agree with the numbers. glad to see my averages and weight are ok though. trying to accept that its ok to have a fun day... im starting to see that it can be if I just balance it :)

Good for you, you're getting 'Dieting Wisdom'...lol I think we want to create a running tab on our calories. Like a savings account, where some weeks you'll be saving, and oops, the unexpected happens, and then you start saving again to be in the black. (but with calories we want to be in the red). And at the end of it, you've saved up the amount you want. (got to goal). So to punish ourselves for one off day (unexpected)is worthless. IMO. Hope I'm making sense. Have a good day!
