I have, actually, been on weight watchers since January 5, 2009. I just found fatsecret.com today. Since January, I have lost 18 pounds! It feels so good to be able to wear ALL the clothes in my closet and not just some of them. I still have about 11 more pounds to go to reach my goal. I'm getting there slowly but surely.
For today's lunch, I got a full size (by mistake, was supposed to get a half) Mediterranean Salad from CPK for lunch. I only ate half of it and the rest will be for dinner. By not getting the feta cheese, tzatziki sauce and only eating half of the pita bread and about 1 tbsp. of the hummus, I saved almost 10 points! I had shrimp added to the salad, as well, for protein.
