After 6 months of being stuck, i've finally been able to put on weight! It may seem a little odd but i initially joined fat secret to log what i eat; i had no idea that this was a fat loss community. Yet my goal was to gain weight, and i found the food diaries to be extremely helpful. And here i am! Trying to gain weight while you are all trying to lose ;) I hope we all reach our goals, no matter what they are!
