After 6 months of being stuck, i've finally been able to put on weight!
It may seem a little odd but i initially joined fat secret to log what i eat; i had no idea that this was a fat loss community. Yet my goal was to gain weight, and i found the food diaries to be extremely helpful.
And here i am! Trying to gain weight while you are all trying to lose ;)
I hope we all reach our goals, no matter what they are!

Your right that we each have our own goals. I have a friend who ways 85 pounds and she would love to gain. She looks at me and I look at her and we know in our hearts that each of us are special and wish we were not having this weight issue but know we are both strong enough to reach our goals. So I support your gain and hope you reach your goal. God Bless.. :)
