It feels amazing to have hit the first 10 lbs lost. This shows me how motivated I am to do this on my own and get this weight gone for good! Go me! Go me! Go me!
326.4 lb Lost so far: 10.7 lb.    Still to go: 101.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
