Okay, a 283 calorie deficit should not equal a .8 lb weight gain!

What the heck is going on body? Did I have too much salt? Am I estimating my caloric intake incorrectly?

Grrr, this is so disheartening! I look down at my stomach and I wonder how my fiancé can still find me attractive when he knows how toned my body can look if I put enough effort into it!

108.0 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are being way too hard on yourself. You are already at a low weight and have very little to lose. I'm sure your finance loves you whether you are up a little or down a few. No such thing as perfection. Being lean, strong and healthy is the most important thing.
