I quit posting my weight everyday. It appeared to make my graph look funny. Now I seem to be in a stall, and I am not sure if it is something I ate this week or because I know what is coming next week (TOM). Anyway, going to keep at it because I feel so much better. I just really want to see the scale go below 210. I know I will then start looking to go below 200, but small accomplishments are big to me right now.


Diet Calendar Entries for 05 March 2011:

The good news is that you are not in a stall, although it may feel like it, as you've lost 1.8 pounds from 2/21 to 3/1 and a stall is no loss of anything - pounds or inches - for a month! In fact, your weight loss looks just about picture-perfect. But if you feel something's amiss since the 1st of the month, it never hurts to review the acceptable food lists for Induction. Sometimes foods we think are OK, really aren't until later phases. I've no doubt that with your determination, you'll be in Onederland soon enough. Have a good weekend.
