Very slow. Why? Low calorie intake 1000 k/cal + stationary bicycle (one hour)
205.3 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's a great first week. If you lost 2 lbs a week for a year, you would lose 104 lbs. Just stick with it. Patience and persistence is what takes us to goal. Next week you could be down 5 lbs. Stay on plan, drink your water and be active. Watch your sodium. It will happen.
