i didn't drink much water ... i drank alot of soda,, and i had bread once :S ...

but i still lost 300 g ... however, starting today i'll stick with the diet 100%.

Keep on going, little tastes here and there make life tolerable, as long as its just a little taste, and you are in control and can stop when you want to. You are doing well.

Thank you sarah !! they were little tastes but felt so guilty eating them :P ... but i'm really much happier with the diet now that i still lost even though i missed up a little. i finally found the diet that understands my body !!
