Not looking forward to my weigh in tomorrow, went out for lunch today and as it was rainy, chilly and I'm still fed up I scoffed egg fried rice and Chinese chicken curry - oh dear!!! One positive my friend who I had lunch with said I looked like I'd lost weight!! :)
Managed to not continue eating badly, kept busy this evening making jewellery which has been lovely. The weather is supposed to be pretty poor all weekend so after the gym tomorrow morning I think I'll continue with the jewellery I have barely made anything new for weeks!
