Ugh, up again. I always do this up and down. I need to do something but I always seems to be hungry. Going to start with changing my breakfast and see how that works.
142.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
