Nope, still on the plateau. I think I'm seeing some changes in my physical appearance. Maybe my body is saying, "hold on, keep doing what you're doing I'm fixing this thing over here and catch back up to you when I'm done".
Have to work late tonight. Unsure whether to go run in the dark or workout on the Wii. The gym will be closing just shortly after I get there if I go.

Morning! This seems to be a common theme amongst most of us on here who diet/exercise. Consistency is key and eventually your body catches up with what you are doing. It took me this long to see a difference too so I totally understand! Personally, I love night running so I would always go with that but Wii is fun too! Have a good one!

I enjoy running at night as well surprisingly but its rather unsafe here to go alone because of either dogs, bears, or people.
