My weekly entry!
Let's see what has occured this week? Well with work it was crazy as we were short staffed and that meant doing more running around and with the extra warm temperatures more water was consumed too and well we all know that always helps.
Yesterday I did have one set of plans that did not turn out quite how I wanted but they had a pleasant effect to the alternative because it involved lots and lots of walking. Since it was with a vewry good friend of mine there was also laughter and acting like a clown too. So now I wonder if I had increased the calorie burn that way. In my way of thinking I believe that it did. Him and I remained on the go all day! It was great and talk about an excellent sleep last night, probably the best I have had in a week at least.
Now today is Sunday and I need to do my weekly errands. Which means trying to come up with warm weather food for my dinners at work.
Oh and the BEST thing is that someone guessed my weight at 100 to 110lbs!!! I nearly peed my pants laughing at that.

So once again I wish everyone a. Safe and healthy week. Celebrate all the small victories along the way! (in a non food way ;) )

Time with a special friend
My job
The resources to pay rent and buy food.
Having a unique outlook on life.

Oh and before I end this a quick question for anybody who reads to the end.
has anyone realised that even if we do not like our bodies, that without them we would not be here? Oh the strange thoughts I do have sometimes!!! Laugh it's good for you! :D
