Today is a great day! I did my weight in and am down a total of 16.6lbs...for one that is an amazing accomplishment for me but secondly that is 1.6lbs above my goal for next week. I did it a week early!!! I have met and surpassed my goal for my Dr. apt. next week. I am feeling hopeful today :)
