so I walked two miles Friday morning in 45 minutes so it was about 3mph... but at least 50% of that was uphill. is there a way to enter that correctly? I did it again when I picked up my son from school so all I could put in were the 4 miles... but it truly is a workout since I was pushing a 100lb double stroller uphill ... anyone know how I can adjust entering that in?

Diet Calendar Entries for 21 June 2014:
1193 kcal Fat: 39.38g | Prot: 84.67g | Carb: 133.44g.   Breakfast: Zone Perfect Perfectly Simple Nutrition Bar - Cranberry Almond. Lunch: MET-Rx Met-Rx Protein plus Peanut butter cup. Dinner: Giant Eagle Sub Roll, Chicken Breast, Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Utz Salt 'n Vinegar Flavored Potato Chips (Family Size). Snacks/Other: Strawberries, Great Value Pineapple Chunks, Grapes. more...
1366 kcal Activities & Exercise: Walking (moderate) - 3/mph - 40 minutes, Resting - 15 hours and 20 minutes, Sleeping - 8 hours. more...

I would enter it as a 'fast' walk instead of moderate or slow. That's the only way I see you can properly try to have your efforts logged.
