olive oil, butter (unsalted butter stick), cream cheese, sour cream (if you are not prone to stalls from it - time will tell), olives, eggs, mayonnaise (avoid hidden carbs and make sure sugar is not one of the inrgredients, heavy cream (use as whipped topping, too)

Why unsalted butter Evie? I generally use the salted kind.

I read it somewhere in an Atkins book or on the Atkins materials online. While I can't remember the exact source, I did make record of it as an recommendation. Generally, we need to use the butter liberally, when cooking or seasoning vegetables -- but, most of us do not need the sodium in liberal doses due to water retention it causes. (However, for folks just starting Induction sometimes their body depletes sodium so quickly due to the diuretic nature of this way of eating, that they need to take in sodium thru broth.)
