Had a funny day, got back into healthier eating after a dreadful weekend and not eaten so much - thank heavens! Went to the gym and had a good workout too added a fourth set to my workout, my abs are really feeling it now ouch!! and I'm sure my legs will be killing me tomorrow even though I did lots of stretches at the end.

I know I'm getting bored...............I always do!!! I've been trying this exercise and healthier eating since Jan 10th and I'm BORED!!! I've lost a bit of weight and some inches but I feel I've been working harder than the results I've got! But obviously I haven't! Glad the weather has started to warm up as I'll be less inclined to over eat.

It always seem we should see way bigger results with all the work that's expended. I hope you find something to shake your boredom. And I hope you and your bf have made up.
