This time I have NO idea why I am not losing :(
206.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ok, i guess technically I lost 1.4 pounds this week looking at the date. I need to stick to a weigh in date. That is not great progress for me and I am not terribly happy with it as it should have been better.

You may not be losing as fast as you like (not many do), but you are losing. It's not a race to see who gets there the fastest. Just keep going and you will get there. Plus, the people who lose really fast, tend to have more loose skin. Slower allows time for you skin to bounce back better. You are doing fine.

I'm just being grumpy and frustrated since I did everything right this week. I had to cut out most of my walks thanks to lovely Colorado spring snows, I guess I underestimated how helpful those were. And mother, we are not talking about my cycles on the internet!
