I am so excited. I am consecutively had a loss for 6 days. It has been between 3 and 6 ounces a day. It really adds up over 7 days.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

933 kcal Fat: 70.04g | Prot: 42.47g | Carb: 28.70g.   Breakfast: butter, pillsbury cresent roll, half and half, coffee, SPLENDA. Lunch: broccoli, Bacon, boiled egg, Bacon Ranch Salad Dressing, grape tomatoes, salad, Red Onions, Yellow Sweet Peppers, diet rite zero cola. Dinner: Ground Beef (85% Lean / 15% Fat), Broccoli Medley (Broccoli, Cauliflower & Carrots). Snacks/Other: sugar free gelatin, sugar free gelatin. more...
