I feel great today. I kicked up the intensity of my monday work out. It is my short day (only 35 mins) but I pushed the wieghts up on all the machines I did and jogged half of my walk time. My heart is pumping and I am feel good. I am getting stronger and can feel it. I look down and I don't get a sudden urge to cover my tummy and cry. I am still have over 1/2 way to go to my final goal but this is awesome.
