Broke through the 390 barrier finally! It has been so long
389.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 164.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep up the good work. Don't try to be in a big hurry.Just cut back on sweets,sodas and white bread and exercise some everyday. Walking is the best to start out with. Good luck.

Thank you quiltermom, It has been a lifestyle adjustment for sure. I actually started out at 458 pounds but didn't know about this website until recently. I love to cook and it has been a learning experience finding healthier ways to prepare the same food.
