It's another beautiful day here in Sunny Spain and I'm still feeling down-in-the-dumps!! But I'll get over it.

I think this drinking gallons of water is really helping me not overeat, the last two days I've cut my intake at least by a third, I'm still eating 4 small meals but less rubbish and not stuffing huge portions. It's a bit of a bore having to go to the loo all the time but I'm looking forward to my improved skin etc and not dreading weigh in day Saturday :)

Going to make up for my skipped day at the gym by doing both my workouts today upper and lower body plus cardio and then if I feel inclined tomorrow I'll just do cardio.

Finished the cupcakes, gave half to my boyfriend to take to work and share with his workmates got 8 for my friend and still have 4 left to tempt me......
