So I'm thankfully back :) I did try to workout some today but had no energy so cut things short but feel good at atleast trying. Am finally able to taste food today... think that's probably why I lost a pound at my last weigh in. Coughing and blowing out yellow gunk that has a strong taste and really gross, lol, but it's trying to make it's way out.
Looks like my buddies are doing well and hope everyone has been able to get out and enjoy some of the summer warmth!!!!
