So, apparently I do not have the willpower yet to go to a buffet. I have strengthened my willpower, but it doesn't hold up in that location.
Me and my bf went to a buffet last night. I wasn't all that hungry to begin with, which I thought would help me stay away from all the food. I started out with a salad and cabbage. But then my bf got another plate. And he got tired of me sitting there watching him eat. So I got another plate. Then I just had to have dessert. Coconut cream pie at that, one of the fattiest desserts ever made!
So I am trying to cut down on calories today to make up for yesterday. I didn't do too badly, but I feel bad :( Got to stay away from the buffet!
