Went out to lunch with collegues today. Went to a place called Cheeseburger in Paradise. Staying disiplined, I had their Calypso Salad. It may have been the best salad I have ever eaten. I upgrade to the grilled salamon. It had strawberries, mandarin oranges, apples, and honey rosted almonds on leafy greens with a rasberry vinagarette dressing. Now I just have to figure out how to account for it in my food log.
