accountability journal. good day of eating yesterday- protein bar, salad, fruit, prunes and almonds for snack (high calcium for my brittle bones), meatloaf and a ton of dandelion greens (calcium) for dinner.
157.6 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
