Well, that was a challanging week but all's well that ends well. I am past that hard week of the calendar and am ready for 3 better weeks ahead. I am staying the course so it will pay off. I am 1.5 pounds shy of my goal this week (maybe an unrealistic goal).
231.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 53.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
